Issue: Helper prompts are not updating

We have found an issue where the helper prompts (or bubbles) on the Start page are not updating with the memory of where a user last left off. It should be providing recommendations on the next prompt to take, and/or suggestions on the areas of weakness to cover base on.

We are working on a fix to ensure that the helper prompts track progress of the last conversation, and provides useful recommendations.
