Issue: Inability to attach Collection

We have noticed a bug where the user is able to create a new collection, and upload files into that collection, but there is a missing function to allow for attaching and referencing a collection of uploaded material during the session.

We are implementing a fix for this to allow the user to reference their collection in the agentic chat mode.
